Guildford Brook Estates Development Corporation was formed in 1996. The original focus of the company was land development but this changed in 2000 when the primary focus became Highrise and Lowrise Residential & Mixed use.
Under the leadership of Yashpal Parmar, Guildford Brook Estates has enjoyed over 16 years of success and has delivered new homes to communities spanning throughout the Lower Mainland.
